General booking conditions

Arrival and Departure

You should arrive between 14.00 and 22.00 hours on the day of beginning of your booking and leave before 11.00 hours on the day of departure.
We will meet in Piazza Duomo, near the bank 'Monte dei Paschi di Siena' entrance at the time you have fixed with me. You must telephone me if you are delayed (+39 333 9267672).
If you are unable to take occupation on the day and time reserved due to delays, illness, personal reasons etc. no refund can be made. Similarly if you have to cut short your holiday no refund can be made for the days unused.

Changes or Cancellation by you

In the case of booking cancellation, even if it is substituted by another one, the following cancellation charges will be due:
- from booking date to 4 weeks before arrival: total amount of the deposit
- from 4 weeks to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total rental price
- less than 2 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total rental price
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (by email).

Changes or Cancellation by us

It is unlikely we will have to make changes to your holiday.
If we are forced to do so we will advise you at the earliest possible date and will offer you the option of accepting the change if available or a full refund of all monies paid but no further compensation.
